Application Fee
All applications (online or in person) require full payment of a non-refundable application fee prior to the application being processed. 

- $50 Application fee.

Age Restriction
A person must be 21 years or older to rent an apartment. 
​

Security Deposit
A security deposit of one months rent is required.  One year rental agreements are required. 

Pet Policy
We do not allow pets in our communities.

Non-Smoking
We do not allow smoking in any of our apartments.  ​
