Application Fee

• All applications (online or in person) require full payment of a non-refundable application fee prior to the application being processed. 
• $50 Application fee.

Age Restriction
A person must be 21 years or older to rent an apartment.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit of one months rent is required.  
• One year rental agreements are required.
